We offer a Statutory Maintenance function, including all the company secretarial services required by a UK company. Where a company chosses to retain its Company Secretray, we are able to appoint our sister company LMG Services Limited as your corporate Company Secretary and appoint us as your Registered Office.
This enables us to automatically receive all official documentation on behalf of your company and deal with it appropriately. We pride ourselves on never missing a deadline through any fault of our own, thereby ensuring that our corporate clients are not laden with hefty and usually unnecessary penalty fines for late filing.
In the case of our larger corporate clients, where you may prefer to appoint your own Company Secretary, we are happy to work alongside you and provide you with company secretarial support without taking on the official appointment. This includes attending your Board Meetings and taking all Minutes and working as an advisor to the existing Company Secretary to ensure that all your statutory requirements are met.
