Due diligence
We have experience of preparing due diligence reports for both existing and prospective clients on their target companies. We offer a thorough yet cost-effective due diligence process working with the client and their legal advisors in completing the financial due diligence process.
In addition, we work with other professional advisors in advising on the initial structure of a ‘Deal’, ensuring that in particular all relevant accounting and statutory issues are covered. We also combine our experience and expertise in these areas with those of our tax partner organisations in advising clients on the most tax efficient structures for their acquisitions, taking account of all available options.
For example, we have experience of setting up EIS schemes
(Enterprise Investment Schemes) for these purposes.
